NIFTEM-K celebrates its 6th convocation and 13th foundation day

The National Institute of Food Technology Entrepreneurship and Management, Kundli (NIFTEM-K), celebrated its 6th convocation and 13th foundation day with key dignitaries including Prof. Ajay Kumar Sood and Dr. V.K. Paul. A total of 262 students received degrees, with seven earning gold medals. Speakers emphasized NIFTEM-K’s pivotal role in driving innovation, research, and entrepreneurship in India’s food processing sector. The institute showcased achievements like 17 patents filed, 18 technologies transferred, and 15 industry MoUs signed. Focus was placed on combining science with industry and farmer needs, fostering startups, and promoting “Local for Global” food initiatives.
